Genital herpes
Genital herpes is caused by a virus of second type of herpes simplex (HSV). Most often HSV 2 is transferred by a sexual way, but however other ways of infection’s transmission are not an exception. Unfortunately, genital herpes is spread much more widely, as it is thought to be; for example, in USA it affects every fifth adult having a sexual life. Often genital herpes proceeds asymptomatically. In certain cases there can be a slight rash, an itch, and painful ulcers. There can also be moderate temperature rise, muscle pains and burning urination. HSV 2 also develops not only in the genital region, but also on the skin below the belt.
